The ISO Standards require an organization carry out internal audits of the Quality Management System. The objective of this course is to prepare internal auditors for the task of designing and implementing an effective audit program. Included in this course is an in-depth overview of the requirements as defined in the Standard. The course includes: study of audit process, essential elements for an effective audit system, types of audits, identifying objective evidence, audit preparation and planning, audit documentation, audit reporting, classification of findings, audit records, corrective actions and verification, surveillance audits. An audit checklist will be provided.
