This session for Executive and Senior Management is designed to provide an overview of the selected ISO implementation process. The objective is to explain the purpose, structure and operational nature of an ISO Quality Management System. Upper level managers will be able to make an informed decision whether to pursue ISO implementation and certification. This course also provides information about the implementation process after the decision has been made to pursue the ISO certification.
