This overview is for those individuals who will be implementing the ISO Standards process in an organization. The personnel would include the program manager, management personnel, personnel who will develop documentation and any other personnel involved with the implementation of the ISO Standards requirements. Included in the overview are a history of the applicable standard, the implementation process, emphasis on the Quality Management System requirements and the registration process.
